Your EU Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Our 15-Day Guarantee

We go further than the law requires. You can return any item within 15 days of delivery for any reason, including simply changing your mind.

How to Return

1. Email us at contactus@thomas-fit.com with your order number and reason
2. We will send a return confirmation within 48 hours
3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Conditions

• Items must be unwashed and unworn (unless the reason is a defect)
• Original packaging preferred but not required
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Defective or Wrong Item

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we cover return shipping and will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please send a photo to contactus@thomas-fit.com.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

Total time from order to delivery is 8-12 business days, processing included, regardless of destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once dispatched.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, contact us at contactus@thomas-fit.com.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund you in full. Please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

4. Orders & Contract

A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. We do not store payment card details.

6. Promotional Codes

Only one code per order. Codes cannot be applied retroactively.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by French law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. EU consumer rights are not affected by this clause.
